Our team ensures prompt and reliable delivery of fresh floral arrangements to your desired location. If nobody is home to accept the delivery, we will leave the delivery at the door unattended.

Our standard delivery hours are from 9am to 8pm.
Unfortunately, we do not offer same-day deliveries at the moment, as all of our bouquets and arrangements are made to order. All orders must be made 48 hours in advance. However, inquiries are always welcome!
While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to various factors such as traffic and weather conditions, you can specify a preferred delivery window during checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that we don’t have in-store shopping and don’t carry inventory at our physical locations. All bouquets and arrangements are made to order only. Pick-up is available by appointment only!

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
We specialize in providing floral decor for a wide range of events- including weddings, corporate events, bridal and baby showers, private parties, and more. Our experienced florists work closely with clients to create custom floral arrangements that reflect their unique style and vision.
We recommend placing your order for event floral decor as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Ideally, we suggest booking at least 3 month before your event date. However, we understand that some events may require shorter notice, so feel free to reach out to discuss your specific needs.
Yes, we offer complimentary consultations for event floral decor. During the consultation, our team will discuss your event theme, color palette, budget, and any specific floral preferences to create a customized floral design plan tailored to your requirements.
Our events and wedding floral design services begin at $1000 for the Greater Los Angeles Area.

Custom orders are available but due to the nature of seasonal availability, not all specific requests can be guaranteed. If a custom order is selected, the arrangement will be created to meet the aesthetic that you’ve wished for.
We source our flowers from reputable suppliers and hand-select each bloom to ensure freshness and quality. Our floral arrangements are expertly crafted by experienced florists and carefully packaged for delivery to maintain their beauty and integrity.
If an order is declined or canceled without at least a 24-hour notice, a cancellation fee will apply. The amount of this fee may differ for each order and can be as high as 50% of the total order price.
